Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 20, 2026. Review structural terms, licensing rules, acceptable use patterns, and limitations of liability.

Welcome to QR Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract governing the structural relationship between you ("User", "Licensee") and QR Studio ("we", "our", "us").

Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account, testing static parameters, or subscribing to our dynamic analytical Creation Lab, you agree to comply with and be bound by all of the terms, warnings, and limitations outlined herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing QR Studio (including all tools, generators, dynamic logs, and APIs), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these rules, you are prohibited from utilizing our physical-to-digital generation platforms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be annotated directly on this page with an updated revision date. Continued utilization of our systems following modifications constitutes formal acceptance of the revised frameworks.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Misuse Boundaries

You agree that you will not map dynamic QR redirects to targets containing: - Phishing, brand spoofing, or social engineering schemes (Qishing). - Malware, viruses, trojans, or tracking systems designed for non-consensual tracking. - Illegal substances, illegal transactions, or intellectual property infringements. - Spam, high-volume automated redirects, or links that breach standard web trust. **Immediate Termination Notice:** We run active security scanning systems. Any account caught deploying dynamic QR codes to point to fraudulent, malicious, or abusive destinations will be immediately terminated, all active redirect routes disabled, and metadata archived for compliance verification.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All design configurations, software structures, vector conversion logic, logo matrices, UI aesthetics, brand trademarks, and database routing systems are the exclusive intellectual property of QR Studio and its licensing partners. When you generate QR codes (both static and dynamic) utilizing our service, you retain full ownership of the payload values, and you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to print, distribute, display, and replicate the generated visual matrix on both digital assets and physical packaging.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

QR Studio provides its vector matrix generation and dynamic link redirection services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, QR Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of business profits, print asset waste, QR code scanning downtime, or legal consequences arising from printed material typos. You assume full physical and financial responsibility for testing and verifying all QR codes before printing campaigns in volume.

Important Printing Notice

Always print a single physical sample of your generated static or dynamic QR code and test it under varied lighting conditions using standard devices before initiating mass printing campaigns. QR Studio is not responsible for printing errors or scanning failures on physical products.
